Venue Description

High-tech conference rooms for all your requirements: from subcommittee workshops to your "large-scale" conventions. A 19 ha park with cottages for your accommodation scattered among the greenery with a bird's eye view of the Seine.

ACCOMODATION

Accommodation is available in chalets shared by 2 or 3 people (2 in one bedroom). Each chalet has only 2 separate bedrooms and small living room.

Booking process

The accommodation request must be specified in Eventbrite. The committee will try to fulfil your request for room share depending on number of applications. You will be notified on close registration. You will receive the confirmation for your accommodation and conditions by email.

Payment

The accommodation must be pre-paid 1 months prior the event. You will be asked to pay directly to the venue by credit card. Payment link will be sent by the venue directly to your email address with all instructions.

Cancellation policy

The attendance can be cancelled up to 1 month prior the event (by 17 October), by contacting us at biohackathon-europe@elixir-europe.org. Please note, if you cancel after this date or do not show up at the event you will be responsible for full payment, even if you are on the invite list.
